Q: I don’t really need LinkedIn right now, I have a job that I love. Is this the right time for me? 


 A: OMG this is THE time to get started on your personal branding process and on posting on LinkedIn. Think of your brand as an asset. You have to build it for the long term. You don’ t want to wake up one day now hating your job and not having this brand and network you can rely on to find something else fast. 


 Q: I don’t really like social media, is this even right for me? 


 A: So the interesting thing about LinkedIn is that it is different from other social media sites. It is about showcasing professional expertise, building meaningful connections and relationships, and learning. It is as far from the Facebooks, Instagrams, TikToks of this world that you can get. Think of it as a worldwide slack channel.
